>Answer:No, we never charge a service or administration fee on Jamba gift cards. If you order a physical gift card online , there may be applicable shipping charges.
Question:Where can I purchase Jamba gift cards?
>Answer:You can purchase both physical cards, to send by mail, or eGift Card, to send via email, using our online gift card site. Gift cards are also available for purchase at most Jamba locations and a growing number of third-party retail locations.

>Answer:Yes! We call them eGift Cards and they are available for

Question:Do you offer any discounts on bulk gift card orders?
>Answer:Jamba gift cards make an ideal customer or employee reward and
incentive! We do offer discounts starting as low as $500 for
bulk gift card orders.
Question:How much can I load onto a gift card?
>Answer:Jamba gift cards sold in Jamba stores can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $100 and can be reloaded in-store to carry a maximum balance of up to $500. Jamba gift cards sold on our website can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $200 and cannot currently be reloaded. Jamba cards sold in third party retailers amounts will vary and cannot currently be reloaded.
Question:Are Jamba gift cards reloadable?
>Answer:Yes, but only cards sold from our Jamba store locations are currently reloadable and can only be reloaded in store locations. Jamba gift cards bought online, from third party retailers and other business programs are not currently reloadable.
Question:How can I check the balance of my gift card?
>Answer:Jamba gift cards can be redeemed at participating Jamba store locations. Simply present your physical card, printed eGift Card or mobile device showing your mobile eGift Card at the time of payment.

>Answer:Jamba gift cards are currently redeemable at participating locations in the U.S.
Question:Can I get cashback or a refund on a Jamba gift card?
>Answer:Jamba gift cards cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by
law. If your card balance falls below the cashback requirements in
your resident state, please call us at

and we are happy to assist with processing your request. Cashback
requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be
received.
Question:Can I use Jamba gift cards towards online or Jamba app orders?
>Answer:Not at this time. We are working on new and improved gift card redemption capabilities for our app and online orders and appreciate your patience.
Question:What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
>Answer:We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you
have proof of purchase contact customer care at 1-866-GO-JAMBA (1-866-465-2622)
for assistance. With proof of purchase we may be able to locate your
original card number, cancel it and issue you a new gift card for that
value.
Question:I’ve received a Jamba Bonus or Rewards Card, is this the same thing as a gift card?
>Answer:No, Bonus and Rewards Cards are promotional cards awarded free upon qualifying purchase or activity. They are a coupon with restrictions to their use, including valid redemption periods, expirations and other limitations. See the back of your Bonus or Reward card for specific terms and conditions.
Question:Do I earn Points through the Jamba Reward Program when purchasing/reloading or redeeming gift cards?
>Answer:Points are earned when a gift card is redeemed, not purchased or reloaded.
