Jamba Juice®, a global lifestyle brand, announced its ninth year of partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, a national non-profit that provides early detection screenings, including mammograms, breast health education and a supportive community.
Throughout the month of October, National Breast Cancer Month, Jamba Juice guests will be able to make a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation during in-store or online checkout at participating locations. Guests can add $1 or more to their purchase to support the 1 in 8 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime.
“Working with National Breast Cancer Foundation is very important to us at Jamba Juice. With a new patient diagnosed every 2.5 minutes and over 250,000 women diagnosed every year, this is a fight that is near and dear to our hearts,” said Claudia Schaefer, CMO, Jamba Juice. “We are proud to play a small part in the outstanding work the Foundation does to provide mammograms and support services to women in need across the country.”
“Over the past eight years, we have had the privilege of partnering with Jamba Juice. To date, they have helped raise a remarkable $1.2 million dollars, which has provided thousands of mammograms and enabled us to further our mission of Helping Women Now® through early detection, education and support services,” said Janelle Hail, Founder and CEO, National Breast Cancer Foundation. “We cherish the support of Jamba Juice and look forward to continuing our successful partnership this National Breast Cancer Month.”
